KEC International Limited, a leading global infrastructure Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company and part of RPG Enterprises, has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026, delivering its strongest annual performance to date across revenue, profitability and order inflows.

The company registered its highest-ever revenues and order intake during FY26, supported by strong execution across its core businesses, particularly the Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) segment. KEC also reported a notable improvement in operating profitability despite a challenging macroeconomic and operating environment during the final quarter of the fiscal year.

For FY26, KEC recorded an order intake of ₹25,280 crore, reflecting sustained demand across domestic and international infrastructure markets. The company further strengthened its business pipeline by securing additional orders worth over ₹1,000 crore in the opening phase of FY27. With these additions, KEC’s order book stood at ₹36,267 crore as of March 31, 2026, while the combined order book and L1 position crossed ₹40,000 crore, providing strong visibility for future growth.

The company’s operational momentum was led by its T&D business, whose contribution to consolidated revenues increased sharply to 68 percent during FY26 compared to 59 percent in the previous financial year. The robust execution in this segment helped the company improve profitability metrics significantly during the year.

Operating Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose by 21 percent year-on-year, while Operating Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 18 percent over the previous fiscal year. The company attributed the performance to disciplined execution, improved project mix and continued focus on operational efficiency.

Commenting on the performance, Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of KEC International, said the company had delivered a landmark year despite difficult operating conditions during the closing quarter. He noted that the company’s diversified portfolio, execution strength and strategic project wins had enabled it to achieve record revenues and profitability.

He added that the expanding order book and strong tender pipeline would support sustained business momentum in the coming quarters. According to the company, demand remains healthy across infrastructure sectors including transmission, railways, civil construction and renewable energy.

KEC also continued to maintain focus on balance sheet management during the year. Consolidated net debt, including acceptances, stood at ₹6,722 crore as of March 31, 2026, reflecting a reduction of ₹84 crore compared to December 31, 2025. The company stated that collections worth nearly ₹450 crore, which spilled over into early April, had already been realized during the first week of the new fiscal year.

Net Working Capital stood at 137 days at the end of FY26, compared with 135 days in the preceding quarter, indicating stable working capital management amid higher business volumes. With operations spanning Power Transmission & Distribution, Civil, Transportation, Renewables, Oil & Gas Pipelines and Cables, KEC International continues to expand its global footprint across more than 110 countries through EPC projects and the supply of towers and cables.

Backed by a robust project pipeline, growing international opportunities and continued investments in infrastructure development, the company remains optimistic about sustaining growth momentum in FY27. KEC International operates across key infrastructure sectors, including Power Transmission & Distribution, Civil, Transportation, Renewables, Oil & Gas Pipelines, and Cables & Conductors, with a presence spanning over 110 countries. It continues to play a vital role as the flagship company of the RPG Group, which has a diversified business portfolio across multiple industries.
