Jorgensen Conveyor and Filtration Solutions will present its latest coolant management technologies at IMTS 2026, introducing enhanced FlexFiltration systems engineered to improve machining efficiency, extend coolant life, and reduce maintenance requirements. The company will exhibit its latest solutions at Booth 338009, where visitors will see two fully automated coolant filtration systems designed for a wide range of precision manufacturing applications.

The upgraded FlexFiltration platform has been developed to address the increasing demand for cleaner coolant, improved surface finishes, and longer equipment operating cycles. Featuring modular architecture and flexible integration options, the systems are suitable for both new machine installations and retrofit projects across various machining environments.

One of the featured systems has been specifically configured for high-speed five-axis CNC machining. The solution combines a chip conveyor with an integrated coolant tank, advanced filtration media, and intelligent coolant management components. The system is capable of maintaining coolant cleanliness at 10 microns or finer, ensuring consistent machining accuracy while reducing wear on cutting tools.

A key feature of the system is the integration of Jorgensen’s PermaClean technology, which continuously prevents sludge accumulation within the coolant tank. Unlike conventional filtration systems that require regular replacement of consumable elements, the PermaClean design operates without disposable components. Multi-stage cyclonic filtration works alongside strategically positioned eductor nozzles to keep fine particles suspended, allowing contaminants to be efficiently separated before coolant is returned to the machine.

Primary chip removal is handled by the EcoFilter 80 conveyor, which delivers high filtration efficiency while minimizing coolant contamination. Secondary filtration takes place through the Flex C Series cyclonic filter before the coolant is transferred to an ultra-clean reservoir and recirculated back to the machining center. The compact footprint allows the complete assembly to be installed beneath or alongside machine tools without occupying valuable production space.

Jorgensen will also showcase a standalone gravity media filtration system developed for grinding operations. This configuration combines gravity filtration with the company’s Mag-Drag magnetic conveyor, enabling efficient removal of ferrous chips and grinding fines. Powerful magnets capture metallic particles while drag-flight cleats transport chips and sludge for disposal, helping maintain coolant quality and extend service intervals. The modular design allows manufacturers to customize the system according to material type, coolant flow, and machining requirements.

At IMTS 2026, Jorgensen will exhibit alongside fellow Innovance companies Mass Finishing Inc and ALMCO, highlighting complementary manufacturing technologies ranging from deburring and polishing systems to industrial washing and finishing equipment. Together, the companies will demonstrate integrated production solutions that improve productivity, enhance quality, and support modern manufacturing operations.
