Inox Green Energy Services Ltd, a prominent operations and maintenance provider in India’s renewable energy sector, announced that its parent companies—Inox Wind Limited and Inox Solar Limited—have signed separate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with KP Group entities KP Energy Ltd. and KPI Green Ltd. These agreements outline strategic collaborations to jointly develop 2.5 GW of wind power and 2.5 GW of solar power projects across several Indian states.
As part of the partnership, Inox Green will oversee operations and maintenance for all wind turbine generators and solar installations developed under these projects.
