Indoco Remedies Ltd has announced that its manufacturing facility for solid oral dosage forms (Plant I) in Goa has been awarded European Union Good Manufacturing Practice (EU GMP) certification by the Malta Medicines Authority following a successful regulatory inspection. The inspection was conducted between November 19 and November 24, 2025, as part of the authority’s assessment of the facility’s compliance with European quality and manufacturing standards. Following the audit, the Malta Medicines Authority confirmed that the Goa plant complies with the Good Manufacturing Practice requirements stipulated under the relevant European Commission Directive, enabling the facility to continue serving regulated international markets.
The certification marks another significant milestone in Indoco Remedies’ quality and compliance journey, reflecting the company’s focus on maintaining robust manufacturing systems that meet the stringent requirements of global health regulators.
