Hero MotoCorp has strengthened its global footprint with its official entry into Germany through a distribution partnership with KSR Group. The launch marks the company’s expansion into its fifth European market and its 53rd international market, reinforcing its long-term strategy to grow its presence across key global regions.

The company celebrated its debut in Germany with a launch event at Motorworld Metzingen, where it introduced its Euro 5+ compliant motorcycle range led by the XPulse 200 4V series. The event featured an urban riding experience that allowed guests to explore the motorcycles’ performance, technology and adventure-focused capabilities.

Hero MotoCorp’s entry into Germany follows its successful presence in Italy, Spain, France and the United Kingdom. The company believes Germany’s strong motorcycling culture and demand for engineering excellence make it an important market for its premium products.

Sanjay Bhan, Executive Vice President – Global Business, Global Product Planning and Global Market Insights, Hero MotoCorp, said Germany represents a significant milestone in the company’s international growth journey. He noted that German customers value quality, precision and performance, qualities reflected in Hero MotoCorp’s latest product portfolio. He added that the partnership with KSR Group will help deliver world-class mobility solutions supported by a strong retail and service network.

As part of the rollout, KSR Group will introduce Hero MotoCorp’s products through more than 28 authorised sales and service outlets across major German cities. The network will continue to expand, supported by authorised dealerships and technical service centres to provide comprehensive aftersales support and customer assistance. To strengthen customer confidence, Hero MotoCorp will offer an industry-leading five-year warranty, comprising a standard three-year warranty along with an additional two years under a special introductory offer.

Michael Kirschenhofer, Chief Executive Officer of KSR Group, said the partnership combines Hero MotoCorp’s globally recognised products with KSR’s extensive market knowledge and customer support capabilities. He added that the companies aim to establish around 30 sales locations across Germany, providing customers with reliable products backed by professional service.

The company has introduced two adventure motorcycles for the German market—the XPulse 200 4V and the XPulse 200 Pro. Both models are powered by a Euro 5+ compliant four-valve engine delivering 14.1 kW of power and 17.35 Nm of torque. Designed for both urban commuting and off-road riding, the motorcycles feature three riding modes with selectable ABS, Bluetooth-enabled turn-by-turn navigation, LED projector headlamps, digital instrumentation and long-travel suspension.

The XPulse 200 4V has been positioned as an accessible adventure motorcycle suitable for everyday riding, while the XPulse 200 Pro offers enhanced off-road capability with fully adjustable suspension, higher ground clearance, handlebar risers and an extended gear lever for demanding terrain.

With its entry into Germany, Hero MotoCorp continues to expand its international operations while strengthening its position as a global manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters. The latest launch reflects the company’s commitment to offering technologically advanced, high-quality products backed by reliable service and an expanding global distribution network.
