HellermannTyton Pvt Ltd, a global leader in cable management and connectivity solutions, has officially inaugurated its new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Oragadam, Chennai, marking a major step in expanding its presence in India and strengthening its support for the ‘Make in India’ initiative. The 100,000 sq ft facility is equipped with cutting-edge injection moulding systems and digitally enabled production technologies, aimed at producing high-quality cable management solutions for the automotive and industrial sectors. With a focus on advanced manufacturing and operational efficiency, the new plant is also expected to create over 200 local jobs, further contributing to the growth of Tamil Nadu’s industrial landscape.

The new Chennai facility will serve as a key manufacturing and logistics hub for HellermannTyton across the Indian subcontinent, catering to both domestic demand and export markets. Oragadam, a rapidly developing industrial corridor near Chennai, was chosen for its strong connectivity, industrial infrastructure, and proximity to major automotive and engineering clusters.
