HCLTech has strengthened its strategic collaboration with Google Cloud and ServiceNow to accelerate enterprise adoption of agentic artificial intelligence by introducing a new suite of AI-powered solutions built on the Gemini Enterprise platform. The announcement coincides with HCLTech’s participation as a sponsor at the Sydney Google Cloud Summit 2026 and reinforces the company’s focus on helping enterprises deploy AI at scale across business operations.
The expanded collaboration builds on HCLTech’s recently launched Gemini Enterprise business unit and combines Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise platform with ServiceNow’s AI-driven workflow capabilities and HCLTech’s implementation expertise. The joint initiative is designed to help organizations integrate intelligent AI agents into critical business processes while ensuring governance, operational visibility and measurable business outcomes.
The new offerings are aligned with ServiceNow’s Blueprint for Agentic Business framework, enabling enterprises to adopt AI through structured and outcome-oriented deployment models. The solutions are intended to simplify enterprise-wide AI implementation by connecting advanced language models with workflow automation, operational systems and industry-specific applications.
Among the first solutions introduced under the partnership is the next-generation Factory Shop Floor Assistant, developed to provide manufacturers with real-time operational insights that improve production efficiency, support faster decision-making and enhance shop floor visibility.
The collaboration also targets field service operations through the integration of Gemini Live with ServiceNow Field Service Management. The solution enables field technicians to access real-time audio and visual intelligence while carrying out maintenance and repair activities, allowing quicker diagnosis of issues, improved first-time resolution rates and more efficient service delivery. In the customer experience domain, the partners have developed capabilities that preserve customer interactions and context across multiple communication channels, enabling organizations to deliver more consistent and personalized service experiences.
HCLTech is also integrating ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower with Gemini Enterprise to strengthen governance, monitoring and lifecycle management of enterprise AI agents. In addition, the company has introduced an ITOps ServiceNow Agent, now available through Google Cloud Marketplace for Gemini Enterprise, to automate incident management, streamline remediation processes and improve operational resilience across enterprise IT environments.
The collaboration reflects the growing shift among enterprises from experimental AI projects to large-scale production deployments. By combining cloud infrastructure, AI platforms and workflow automation, HCLTech aims to help organizations embed intelligence into mission-critical business processes while maintaining security, compliance and operational control.
With more than 227,000 employees across 60 countries, HCLTech continues to expand its AI, cloud, engineering and digital transformation capabilities. The company serves clients across industries including financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, telecommunications, retail and public services, supporting enterprises as they adopt next-generation technologies to improve productivity, innovation and long-term business performance..
