HCLTech has announced the launch of an AI Innovation Zone in collaboration with Google Cloud, creating a dedicated environment designed to help enterprises accelerate the adoption of advanced artificial intelligence solutions and transform AI initiatives into measurable business outcomes. Located in Santa Clara, California, the AI Innovation Zone will serve as a collaborative hub where organizations can design, test, and deploy AI-powered applications across emerging areas such as agentic AI, kinetic AI, and physical AI. The initiative reflects the growing demand among enterprises to move beyond experimentation and implement AI solutions that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and drive innovation at scale.

The facility combines Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise capabilities with HCLTech’s extensive expertise in AI-led transformation and industry-focused digital solutions. Together, the two companies aim to provide enterprises with a framework for developing intelligent workflows, advancing robotics-enabled processes, and creating industry-specific use cases that deliver tangible business value.

As organizations increasingly seek autonomous systems capable of managing complex, multi-step workflows, the AI Innovation Zone is positioned to help enterprises transition toward more intelligent and connected operating models. The facility will provide access to advanced AI tools, cloud infrastructure, and domain expertise required to build scalable AI applications across sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, retail, and logistics.

Kevin Ichhpurani, President, Global Partner Ecosystem at Google Cloud, said the initiative offers customers a dedicated environment to build, evaluate, and operationalize AI solutions. He noted that combining Google Cloud’s AI capabilities with HCLTech’s industry knowledge enables organizations to accelerate the journey from innovation to enterprise-wide deployment.

Vijay Guntur, Chief Technology Officer and Head of Ecosystems at HCLTech, emphasized that the collaboration is focused on helping organizations evolve into agentic enterprises where AI systems can autonomously execute workflows, improve operational efficiency, and generate measurable business outcomes.

The launch builds upon the expanded strategic collaboration between HCLTech and Google Cloud announced earlier this year. By integrating advanced AI technologies with deep industry expertise, the partners are enabling businesses to unlock new growth opportunities while improving decision-making, productivity, and customer experiences.

HCLTech operates across more than 60 countries with a workforce of over 227,000 professionals, delivering services across AI, cloud, digital engineering, software, and enterprise technology solutions.
