GRE Renew Enertech Limited (BSE SME: GRERENEW), a renewable energy solutions provider, has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing 100 MWp of cumulative solar installations. The company has also reported a consolidated active EPC order book of approximately 75 MWp, valued at around ₹224 crore, reflecting strong business momentum and growing demand for its solar infrastructure solutions.
The company recently commissioned its 7.20 MW (AC) / 9.678 MW (DC) ground-mounted solar power plant under the RESCO (OPEX) model, marking the successful completion of a key objective outlined during its IPO in January 2026. The project strengthens GRE’s capabilities in developing and operating large-scale renewable energy assets while expanding its portfolio beyond traditional EPC execution.
GRE’s growing order pipeline has been supported by multiple project wins during the first quarter of FY 2026-27. A key milestone in this growth journey was the award of a ₹175 crore turnkey order from Solarium Green Energy Limited for a 50 MW AC / 65 MW DC utility-scale ground-mounted solar PV project in Maharashtra. The value of this single contract exceeds the company’s consolidated revenue from operations of ₹122.9 crore in FY 2025-26, highlighting its increasing focus on larger and higher-value renewable energy projects.
The company has also secured an additional ₹17.75 crore solar EPC contract, taking its cumulative EPC order book to approximately 75 MWp. These developments further strengthen GRE’s position in the utility-scale solar segment and reinforce its ability to deliver end-to-end clean energy solutions across industrial, commercial, and institutional applications.
Commenting on the achievement, Kamlesh Patel, Managing Director, GRE Renew Enertech Limited, said, “Crossing 100 MWp of installed solar capacity and building a strong order pipeline represents an important milestone for GRE. Our expanding order book reflects the confidence customers place in our execution capabilities and technical expertise. As India’s renewable energy sector continues to grow, we remain committed to developing reliable, scalable, and sustainable solar infrastructure while creating long-term value for our stakeholders.”
GRE has reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹13.6 crore for FY 2025-26, achieving a three-year CAGR of 147%. The company operates through both EPC (CAPEX) and RESCO (OPEX) models, catering to captive and non-captive customers across industrial, commercial, and government segments. While the EPC model generates revenue through project execution and long-term operations and maintenance agreements, the RESCO model enables recurring revenue through power purchase agreements. With a continued focus on strengthening India’s clean energy ecosystem, GRE plans to prioritise the use of domestic solar modules and inverters across its upcoming project pipeline, supporting local manufacturing and energy independence.
