Ganesh Infraworld Ltd, one of India’s fastest-growing infrastructure companies operating across civil and electrical projects, water infrastructure, civic utilities, and mining, announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The Company delivered a standout quarter, supported by strong execution across key business verticals and a robust project pipeline.
During the quarter, Ganesh Infraworld marked a major strategic milestone with its formal entry into the mining operations and maintenance segment by securing a landmark ₹708 crore contract for the Nigahi Mine in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. The assignment includes complete lifecycle maintenance of heavy mining equipment such as routine and preventive services, major overhauls, spare supply, statutory compliance, and deployment of skilled technical teams. This win positions the Company to participate in large-scale mining infrastructure opportunities in the years ahead.
The Company also strengthened its presence in water infrastructure by winning two EPC contracts in Jammu & Kashmir for sewerage treatment facilities under the Doodh-Ganga Nallah initiative. The projects, covering survey, design, execution, and five-year O&M, include the Baghi-Mehtab to Allochi Bagh STP valued at ₹44.07 crore, and the Chadoora to Baghi-Mehtab STP valued at ₹61.70 crore. Additional project wins this quarter include a ₹62.12 crore railway communication EPC order secured through Ganesh Netsoft JV Networks, a new technology-led joint venture that marks the Company’s entry into the rail communication infrastructure space.
Infomerics Valuation and Rating Pvt. Ltd. upgraded the Company’s credit rating, acknowledging its improved operating performance, disciplined working capital management, and strong project pipeline. The long-term rating was revised from IVR BBB/Stable to IVR BBB+/Stable, while the short-term rating moved from IVR A3+ to IVR A2, enhancing financial flexibility and access to bank funding on competitive terms. Strengthening its leadership bench, Ganesh Infraworld appointed Mr. Rishabh Bhatia as President – Strategy, responsible for driving long-term strategic initiatives, investment evaluation, and cost optimization programs.
Commenting on the results, Vibhoar Agrawal, Chairman & Managing Director, said, “Q2 FY26 has been an exceptionally strong quarter for Ganesh Infraworld, underscoring the resilience of our operating model and the success of our strategic priorities.
