GameChange Solar has been spotlighted in The Wall Street Journal for its role in supporting Saudi Arabia’s large-scale shift to renewable energy, as the Kingdom accelerates efforts to meet its target of producing 50% of its electricity from clean sources by 2030. Saudi Arabia is currently developing some of the world’s largest solar energy and battery storage projects, aiming to diversify its energy mix and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.

GameChange Solar is contributing to this transformation through its Genius Tracker™ systems, which are engineered to maintain strong performance in extreme desert conditions, including intense heat, sandstorms, and high wind speeds. To support this regional growth, GameChange Solar opened a manufacturing facility in Dammam in 2024. Within a year, due to rising demand, the site is already undergoing a major expansion.

Reflecting on the Kingdom’s clean energy journey, Andrew Worden, CEO of GameChange Solar, said “When I first heard of Saudi Arabia’s renewable energy ambitions nearly a decade ago, they seemed ambitious. Now, it’s become one of the most important markets in the solar industry. The scale and speed of deployment are remarkable.”

GameChange Solar ranks among the top three global suppliers of solar tracker systems, which are used in utility-scale and ground-mounted solar power installations. The company has delivered over 48 gigawatts (GW) of tracking and fixed-tilt systems worldwide.

These systems allow solar panels to track the sun throughout the day, increasing energy output and improving efficiency. Designed for durability, they also help protect equipment from weather-related damage, supporting long-term reliability and performance.

GameChange Solar provides advanced tracking and racking systems for solar power projects around the world. Known for fast installation, robust engineering, and cost-effective solutions, GameChange has built a strong track record in delivering scalable solar infrastructure for utility-scale and distributed generation plants. With more than 48 GW of systems deployed globally, the company continues to support the expansion of solar energy in key markets across the Middle East, North America, Latin America, and beyond.
