GAC Group is set to celebrate a major milestone on July 16 with the production of its 30 millionth vehicle, marking three decades of growth driven by customers around the world. The company will commemorate the occasion with a global appreciation event dedicated to the millions of users who have supported its journey since the delivery of its first vehicle.

The milestone reflects GAC’s steady expansion in international markets and the growing acceptance of its vehicles across regions. From its first customer to its expanding global user base today, the company says every stage of its development has been shaped by customer trust and continued demand for its products.

The first half of 2026 marked another strong period for GAC’s international business. Exports of the company’s own-brand vehicles reached 121,500 units, representing a 132 percent increase compared with the same period last year. The growth was supported by rising demand across all five of its major overseas markets, including the Americas, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

GAC now operates in 110 countries and regions through a network of 746 sales and service outlets. Its international operations are supported by six overseas manufacturing plants and nine overseas spare parts warehouses. The company has also established local capabilities covering research and development, manufacturing, supply chain management and sales to better serve customers in different markets.

In the Americas, several GAC models have strengthened their position in key markets, with monthly sales increasing sharply in countries such as Brazil and Colombia. In the Asia-Pacific region, the company continued to expand its presence in the electric vehicle segment. GAC secured an 11 percent share of Hong Kong’s new energy vehicle market during the first five months of the year, while sales in Thailand more than tripled in June compared with the previous month.

Europe remains another important growth market for the company. GAC has continued to build its presence by establishing local operations covering manufacturing, distribution and retail while gradually expanding the availability of its new energy vehicle portfolio across several countries.

The company said the production of its 30 millionth vehicle represents more than a manufacturing achievement, reflecting the confidence placed in the brand by customers worldwide. Looking ahead, GAC plans to further strengthen its global business through its “Panyu Action” strategy by focusing on product quality, advanced technologies and customer service. The company aims to deepen its international presence while continuing to deliver innovative mobility solutions and build lasting relationships with customers across global markets.
