Complementing this is DiagnoseNow, an intelligent diagnostic tool that helps teams identify and resolve technical issues faster—reducing troubleshooting time by more than half compared to traditional methods.

To extend AI adoption internally, Ensono has introduced EnsoAI, a secure AI platform powered by multiple large language models (LLMs). Following the success of its initial rollout, the company launched an advanced version that allows employees to create AI agents and use shared prompt libraries—fostering teamwork and enhancing productivity across departments.
