Dassault Aviation has signed a new strategic manufacturing agreement with Dynamatic Technologies Limited (DTL) for the complete rear fuselage assembly (Section 5) of the Falcon 6X, the company’s newest long-range business jet. The agreement marks a major step forward in the partnership between the two companies and follows Dynamatic’s successful industrialisation and production of the rear fuel tank, which is already being delivered to Dassault.

This expanded scope builds on Dassault Aviation’s long-standing commitment to the Government of India’s Make in India initiative. It also strengthens the collaboration established in January 2024, under which Dynamatic began producing flight-critical aerostructures for the Falcon 6X. With this new mandate, Dynamatic now takes on responsibility for delivering the entire rear fuselage, further cementing its role as a key supplier in Dassault’s aerospace supply chain and advancing India’s capabilities in high-precision aviation manufacturing.

Commenting on the milestone, Udayant Malhoutra, CEO and Managing Director of Dynamatic Technologies Limited, said “This agreement to manufacture the full rear fuselage of the Falcon 6X represents a significant expansion of our role with Dassault Aviation. Our successful ramp-up of flight-critical structures demonstrates our engineering strength and unwavering focus on quality. We are proud to contribute to a world-class aircraft and look forward to continued collaboration.”

Globally recognised for its advanced technology, performance and comfort, the Falcon 6X reflects Dassault Aviation’s continued commitment to precision and innovation. The company’s collaboration with proven industry partners such as Dynamatic supports this vision while advancing India’s aerospace manufacturing landscape.

Bruno Coiffier, Senior Executive Vice President at Dassault Aviation, added “Dynamatic Technologies has consistently demonstrated its capability as a high-value partner. With the successful start of fuel tank deliveries and now the full rear fuselage work package, we are confident this partnership will continue to strengthen the Falcon 6X programme. This collaboration also reinforces Dassault Aviation’s broader commitment to the Make in India framework.”

Dynamatic Technologies designs and manufactures engineered systems for aerospace, automotive, hydraulic and security applications. With design, research and manufacturing facilities in India, the United Kingdom and Germany, the company supports customers across six continents.

The organisation operates three R&D centres and maintains expertise in advanced engineering, materials science, aerospace design, and precision manufacturing.
