Dacke Industri has announced the acquisition of two companies as part of a divestment process from Rotork Plc, marking a significant expansion of its footprint in Europe. The company has acquired UK-based Rotork Midland Ltd, which will be renamed Midland Flow Ltd, and Italy-based Rotork Instruments Srl to be rebranded as M&M Instruments Srl.
These acquisitions reinforce Dacke Industri’s long-term growth strategy and enhance its position in key industrial markets across the United Kingdom and Italy. The move is also expected to create new opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and customer-focused solutions across its portfolio.
M&M Instruments Srl. will be integrated into Dacke Industri’s Air Technology Business Area within the Air and Mechatronics division. The addition strengthens the group’s capabilities in flow control technologies and expands its expertise in industrial applications.
Based in Bergamo, Italy, M&M Instruments has built a strong reputation for designing and manufacturing solenoid and piston-actuated valves used across a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. Its product portfolio includes both standard solutions and customized OEM systems, allowing flexibility to meet diverse customer requirements.
The company’s valves are known for their reliability, durability, and performance in demanding environments, including applications involving extreme temperatures. With approximately 40 employees and annual revenues of around EUR 8 million, M&M Instruments brings both technical depth and operational agility to the Dacke Industri group.
The acquisition of Midland Flow Ltd in the UK further strengthens Dacke Industri’s presence in flow control and industrial solutions. Together, these additions align with the company’s focus on building a diversified and resilient industrial platform.
By integrating these businesses, Dacke Industri aims to leverage synergies across its divisions, enhance product development capabilities, and expand its reach in European markets. The company continues to focus on delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions while supporting customers with advanced engineering expertise. This expansion reflects Dacke Industri’s commitment to sustainable growth through targeted acquisitions and its ambition to build a stronger, more competitive industrial group across global markets.
