Cyient Semiconductors, a prominent provider of custom ASIC/ASSP and intelligent power solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Anora, a global leader in semiconductor test, testability, and validation services. The collaboration aims to offer end-to-end solutions that streamline semiconductor product development.
Through this partnership, Cyient Semiconductors and Anora will combine their expertise across the semiconductor lifecycle, including architecture, design, silicon bring-up, qualification, and testing. The integrated service model is designed to help customers accelerate time-to-market while reducing inefficiencies and delays typically associated with engaging multiple service providers.
As part of this initiative, both companies will establish a cutting-edge semiconductor validation and production test facility in Bangalore, India. The new facility will be equipped with clean room environments and infrastructure necessary for scaling silicon from prototype to mass production. It will feature probers, engineering and production handlers, automated test equipment platforms, custom test solutions, thermal testing systems, and tools required for device and package qualification.
This new test floor in Bangalore will complement the existing clean room facility and production equipment located in Allen, Texas, USA. The expanded infrastructure, paired with advanced technical capabilities, will support customers in validating new silicon designs, transitioning smoothly into production, and scaling manufacturing operations efficiently.
