Optimized for crane and cargo applications, the MAXXDRIVE® XD industrial gear unit was specially developed for lifting operations. Its housing design is tailored to the specific load conditions and installation requirements. With a center distance of up to 1,281 mm, the unit’s elongated gear stages enable a U-shaped drive design, positioning the rope drum and motor on the gear unit side.
The MAXXDRIVE® XJ industrial gear unit is designed for travel and cross-travel operations, offering a space-saving solution thanks to its J-shaped shaft arrangement and vertical drive shaft. Both units feature the sturdy UNICASE housing for torsional rigidity, and optional components such as drum couplings or brake consoles allow for further customization.
