Calcom Vision Limited (BSE: 517236), a leading Indian Original Design Manufacturer and Electronics Manufacturing Services provider focused on energy-efficient electronics and consumer durables, has released its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2025. The company reported a Profit After Tax of ₹1.98 crore for Q2 FY26, marking an 18.9% increase over the ₹1.66 crore earned in the same quarter of the previous year.

Revenue from operations reached ₹50.06 crore, a 46.9% rise compared to ₹34.08 crore in Q2 FY25. For the first half of FY26, total income stood at ₹97.31 crore, an 80% improvement over ₹54.07 crore during H1 FY25, while PAT climbed to ₹2.61 crore, reversing a loss of ₹0.20 crore reported in the corresponding period last year.

The company has sustained strong growth for four straight quarters, supported by stable demand, an improved product mix, and consistent on-ground execution. Calcom has continued expanding its Professional and Industrial Lighting portfolio, while LED bulbs and battens maintained growth momentum with new customer additions. The company also introduced new lighting products including solar lights, streetlights, and floodlights, alongside strengthening its EMS operations, which are seeing increased orders from international clients.

The second quarter delivered Calcom’s strongest Q2 performance to date, with revenue rising sharply and EBITDA improving to ₹3.89 crore, supported by a higher margin of 7.8%. The first half of FY26 also marked the company’s best-ever start to a financial year, with revenue of ₹95.14 crore and EBITDA of ₹7.68 crore reflecting significant year-on-year expansion. PAT for the period reached ₹2.61 crore, demonstrating the company’s continued turnaround momentum.

Commenting on the results, Sushil Kumar Malik, Chairman and Managing Director, said that the strong quarterly and half-year performance was driven by healthy demand across key categories, an evolving product mix, and steady operational execution. He highlighted the company’s focus on accelerating innovation within its ODM portfolio, with new offerings such as streetlights, floodlights, well-glass fixtures, bulkheads, high-bay luminaires, linear suspended office lighting, and advanced solar lighting systems. He added that Calcom’s EMS capacity positions the company well to take on additional projects in the consumer durables space.

Looking ahead, he noted that the company is moving deeper into high-value product segments while broadening its mass-market strategy in outdoor lighting. These efforts aim to enhance scale, improve yields, and strengthen capabilities to establish Calcom as a long-term, dependable partner for its customers. He expressed confidence in maintaining the current growth trajectory and reiterated the company’s goal of surpassing ₹250 crore in revenue during FY26.
