Brookhouse Aerospace has completed the acquisition of Parker Precision, a precision engineering company based in Bilston, Wolverhampton. The transaction forms part of Brookhouse’s strategy to expand its manufacturing capabilities and strengthen its position in the aerospace and defence supply chain.
Parker Precision specialises in precision engineering services, including CNC turning, CNC milling, and 5-axis grinding, serving customers across multiple industrial sectors. Following the acquisition, the business will continue to operate from its Midlands facility and retain its workforce of 35 employees.
Kenny Worth, Executive Chairman of Brookhouse Aerospace, said the acquisition follows recent investments in new manufacturing facilities and equipment at the company’s Darwen site in Lancashire. He added that the expanded group will be able to offer a broader range of products and services to customers while continuing to evaluate further growth opportunities.
Brookhouse Aerospace, owned by Nord Aerospace Holdings, provides build-to-print aero-structure solutions for civil and defence aerospace customers. In 2024, the company opened a new 41,000 sq ft machining facility and headquarters in Darwen and has since invested more than £500,000 in new machinery. The group employs around 210 people at its Darwen campus.
Matthew Rossiter, Chief Executive Officer of Brookhouse Aerospace, said the acquisition strengthens the company’s technical capabilities and customer offering, while also opening access to new markets. Marc Corns, Managing Director of Parker Precision, said the acquisition provides long-term stability for employees and opportunities to further develop the business as part of a larger group. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
