Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, an AI-driven technology company listed on the BSE, has been empaneled by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) as a Captive Non-Public Network (CNPN) Provider under Category III. The empanelment enables the company to collaborate with BSNL in delivering secure private communication networks for enterprise customers across India.
The empanelment follows the execution of a formal agreement between the two organizations, under which Blue Cloud Softech will support the planning, design, deployment, commissioning and maintenance of captive private network solutions. The agreement will remain valid for a period of 60 months, subject to its terms and conditions.
With this development, the company becomes eligible to participate in enterprise CNPN projects in partnership with BSNL across its operational network. While the empanelment establishes Blue Cloud Softech as an approved technology partner, any financial benefits will depend on the successful award and execution of individual projects.
