BikeWo GreenTech Limited is evaluating opportunities to expand into warehousing and integrated logistics infrastructure as part of its plans to build a broader mobility and logistics platform. The proposed expansion is expected to complement BikeWo’s existing activities in electric mobility, fleet leasing and logistics operations. The company plans to assess opportunities across the logistics value chain, with warehousing identified as a potential area for future growth.

BikeWo is evaluating warehousing opportunities in key logistics markets across India. The infrastructure could serve industries such as e-commerce, automotive, electric mobility, fast-moving consumer goods, retail and enterprise logistics. The company plans to look beyond conventional storage facilities and explore technology-enabled warehouses that can support automated operations, digital warehouse management and data-based decision-making. These capabilities could be integrated with BikeWo’s existing fleet and logistics operations to improve asset utilisation and operational efficiency.

The company is also examining the possibility of linking warehousing facilities with electric vehicle fleets, charging infrastructure and first-mile and last-mile transportation. Such integration could help create a connected logistics network capable of supporting the movement of goods from storage facilities to end customers.

BikeWo is considering several operating models, including owned and leased facilities, build-to-suit projects, managed operations and partnerships. The company intends to focus on models that provide flexibility, capital efficiency and the ability to scale operations as demand develops.

Hiten Pal Saklani, Chief Executive Officer, BikeWo Green Tech Limited, said, “Warehousing is a natural extension of the logistics ecosystem we are building at BikeWo. Our objective is not simply to add physical infrastructure, but to explore how warehousing can work with technology, electric mobility and fleet operations to create a more connected logistics platform. We intend to identify scalable opportunities and work with the right partners as we progressively expand across the logistics value chain.”

BikeWo plans to initially evaluate opportunities in Hyderabad before considering other major logistics markets in India. The company is also inviting warehouse owners, developers, third-party logistics operators, enterprise customers, technology companies and other strategic partners to explore potential collaboration.

The proposed expansion is currently at an evaluation stage. Any investment or development decisions will be based on commercial viability, strategic suitability and applicable regulatory approvals. Further details will be disclosed by the company as and when required under applicable laws and regulations.

BikeWo Green Tech Limited is developing an integrated mobility and logistics platform with operations and planned capabilities across electric mobility, fleet operations, logistics infrastructure and technology.
