BharatRohan Airborne Innovations Limited has announced a strategic expansion of its dealer-led network to scale its drone-based agricultural services and PRAVIR bio-products business. The announcement was made during the company’s annual Dealers Meet held in Lucknow on March 17, which brought together nearly 200 agri-input dealers from across Uttar Pradesh.

The initiative is designed to strengthen last-mile access to advanced agricultural solutions by enabling dealers to move beyond traditional distribution roles. Under the expanded model, partners will be equipped to offer services such as crop monitoring and drone-based spraying, supported by BharatRohan’s technology platform and operational expertise.

The company aims to improve farmer access to precision agriculture tools by building a decentralised service network. Dealers will play a key role in delivering real-time insights and targeted interventions at the local level, helping farmers make informed decisions and improve crop outcomes.

A central focus of the expansion is the adoption of drone-enabled crop monitoring and spraying services. These solutions are gaining traction as farmers and agri-input partners increasingly recognise the value of data-driven farming practices. By combining aerial imaging with on-ground execution, the model is intended to enhance efficiency, reduce input wastage, and improve yield quality.

BharatRohan’s technology is built on hyperspectral imaging, which captures detailed data across a wide spectrum beyond what is visible to the human eye. This enables early detection of crop stress factors such as pest infestations, nutrient deficiencies, and disease risks. The insights generated are translated into actionable recommendations for farmers, supporting timely and precise interventions.

The company operates a vertically integrated ecosystem that connects data analytics with advisory services and market linkages. Its proprietary platforms—CropAssure, SeedAssure, and SourceAssure—are designed to support farmers throughout the agricultural cycle, from crop planning to produce procurement.

In addition to its core agricultural services, BharatRohan is expanding the application of its imaging technology into industrial and environmental use cases. The company also operates a direct-to-consumer business offering residue-free food products, extending its focus on quality and traceability across the value chain.

The expanded dealer network is expected to accelerate the adoption of technology-driven farming practices while strengthening BharatRohan’s presence in key agricultural regions. The company indicated that continued collaboration with local partners will be central to delivering scalable and sustainable solutions for India’s farming community.
