BLM GROUP has confirmed its participation in Tube 2026, the international trade fair for tube processing, scheduled from April 13 to 17 in Düsseldorf. Presenting under the theme “Many technologies, ONE partner,” the company will highlight its approach to delivering integrated, end-to-end manufacturing solutions developed over more than six decades of industrial experience.

Located in Hall 5, Stand J22, BLM GROUP will present a comprehensive portfolio designed to support evolving production requirements. The company’s offering reflects a shift from standalone machinery to interconnected systems that combine equipment, software, and services to improve operational efficiency and flexibility.

The exhibition will feature solutions built around an integrated ecosystem of technologies, including tube bending, laser cutting, and automation. A key highlight is a new approach to tube bending that combines artificial intelligence, advanced software, and digital services. This system enables guided programming, automated parameter calculation, and streamlined tool management, reducing reliance on specialised expertise while improving consistency and productivity.

BLM GROUP will also showcase its LT14 FIBER system, designed for processing large-diameter tubes and profiles. The system incorporates a multi-fiber laser source to enhance cutting speed and quality across different material thicknesses. Automated setup and precision clamping features contribute to reduced processing times and improved material utilisation.

Another focus area is modular integration and scalability. The company will present a robotic cell concept that combines laser cutting, tube bending, and welding technologies within a single production environment. These systems are designed to function independently or as part of a connected workflow, allowing manufacturers to expand capabilities over time based on operational needs.

In addition, the PRO-RUNNER28 system will be demonstrated as a solution for bending tubes directly from coil. By integrating multiple processes into a single platform, the system supports higher productivity while maintaining consistent quality. Features such as in-line cutting and intuitive programming tools contribute to reduced cycle times and simplified operation.

BLM GROUP will also introduce MyBLM, a service offering focused on long-term performance optimisation. The programme includes training, system monitoring, and process analysis to help customers maximise efficiency and return on investment throughout the lifecycle of their equipment. The company stated that its presence at Tube 2026 will focus on practical solutions that enable manufacturers to adapt to changing market demands while maintaining efficiency, scalability, and operational control.
