Balu Forge Industries Ltd (BSE: 531112 | NSE: BALUFORGE), a leading precision engineering and manufacturing company, has announced its unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025, delivering robust growth across key financial metrics. For Q2 FY26, Revenue from Operations stood at ₹2,995 million, up 34.4% YoY. EBITDA reached ₹828 million with a margin of 27.6%, while PAT came in at ₹650 million, reflecting a 21.5% margin. Chairman & Managing Director Jaspal Singh Chandock commented, “Our Q2 performance reflects consistent execution and the growing strength of our integrated manufacturing platform. Progress at our greenfield Hattargi facility remains on track, and its combined forging and precision machining capabilities will significantly enhance capacity and efficiency once fully operational. Commissioning of the 25-ton closed-die hammer, 8,000-ton mechanical press, and automated machining lines continues as planned.”
He further noted that the defence vertical remains a major growth driver. The company’s dedicated forging and machining line for Empty Shell production—designed for 360,000 shells annually—is now entering commercialization. With vendor approvals from leading defence manufacturers and additional products under development across artillery, armoured vehicles, and engine components, Balu Forge is strengthening its role within India’s defence industrial base.
Mr Chandock added, “As we expand capacity and focus on high-value, complex applications, the Hattargi facility will play a pivotal role in scaling operations. With defence production progressing and our expansion pipeline on schedule, Balu Forge is poised to accelerate its next phase of growth driven by technology, scale, and customer diversification.”
