Bajaj Mobility AG (formerly PIERER Mobility AG) expects consolidated revenue for fiscal year 2025 to exceed EUR 1 billion, reflecting a decline of approximately 46 percent compared to the previous year. During the second half of fiscal year 2025, the Group sold 80,464 motorcycles, representing a 60 percent increase compared to the first half of the year. An additional 43,956 motorcycles were sold through strategic partner Bajaj Auto during the same period. Total motorcycle sales for the full fiscal year reached 209,704 units, down 28 percent year-on-year.
A key milestone in the restructuring of KTM has been the significant reduction in motorcycle inventory. Inventory levels declined from 248,580 units at the end of December 2024 to 147,427 units by December 31, 2025. Following the closure of its bicycle division, the Group sold 64,110 bicycles and e-bicycles during the year, compared to 106,311 units in the previous year.
After completing its restructuring process in 2025, KTM AG has initiated a global workforce realignment programme. The objective is to improve competitiveness by reducing fixed costs, simplifying organisational structures, narrowing product and project focus, and optimising its international operations and management structure.
As part of this realignment, the company plans to reduce its workforce by approximately 500 positions, primarily affecting white-collar and middle-management roles. As of December 31, 2025, Bajaj Mobility Group employed 3,794 people, compared to 5,310 employees a year earlier. Preliminary financial results for the Bajaj Mobility Group for fiscal year 2025 are scheduled for release on January 29, 2026.
Bajaj Mobility AG (formerly PIERER Mobility AG) is the holding company of the KTM Group, one of Europe’s leading motorcycle manufacturers.
