AXISCADES Aerospace & Technologies Limited, a leading Indian defence technology solutions company and a wholly owned subsidiary of AXISCADES Technologies Limited (BSE: 532395 | NSE: AXISCADES), has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with France-based Electronic Bird Control to introduce the E-Raptor, an advanced falcon-inspired drone, to the Indian market. The collaboration aims to deploy the E-Raptor for both military and civilian applications across surveillance, safety, and wildlife management operations.
The E-Raptor, one of the first biomimetic drones of its kind globally, combines sophisticated unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology with falcon-like aerodynamics. Designed to mimic the flight dynamics and appearance of a falcon, it offers superior stealth, agility, and performance—making it ideal for defence reconnaissance missions as well as non-military uses such as airport bird control and environmental monitoring.
Speaking on the partnership, Ravikumar Joghee, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at AXISCADES, stated, “This collaboration with Electronic Bird Control underscores our focus on innovation and our commitment to addressing complex operational needs in both defence and civilian spheres. We plan to localize the E-Raptor’s production in India in alignment with the Make in India initiative.”
Adrien Laffon, CEO of Electronic Bird Control, remarked, “Partnering with AXISCADES marks a significant milestone in the evolution of drone technology. The E-Raptor’s realistic design and advanced features will redefine surveillance efficiency and aviation safety standards in India.”
Through this alliance, AXISCADES and Electronic Bird Control aim to strengthen India’s technological capabilities and defence modernization efforts. The partnership highlights both companies’ shared vision of delivering cutting-edge, sustainable, and mission-ready drone solutions that enhance national security and safety operations.
