AXISCADES Technologies Limited (BSE: 532395 | NSE: AXISCADES), a key Indian defense technology company, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Cilas SA, a French leader in advanced laser systems, to jointly promote and develop next-generation Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS) technologies for India’s defense forces.
As part of this collaboration, the two companies will work together to introduce Cilas’ high-energy laser weapon system, Helma-P, to the Indian market. AXISCADES will lead the system architecture and integration of the laser weapon onto an indigenous, vehicle-mounted C-UAS platform, incorporating it into its command-and-control (C2) framework to meet the operational needs of the Indian Army.
