Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (formerly Bartronics India Limited) has appointed healthcare industry veteran Sandeep Pandya as Head – International Sales for its Diagnostics & Healthcare Division, marking a significant step in the company’s strategy to expand its global healthcare and diagnostics business. Mr Pandya brings more than 20 years of experience spanning diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare technologies.
Throughout his career, he has successfully built and expanded international operations across Asia, Africa, Europe, and several emerging markets. His previous leadership roles at Meril Life Sciences, Beacon Diagnostics, CTX Life Sciences, and Span Diagnostics involved driving market expansion, regulatory initiatives, distributor development, and commercialization strategies.
In his new role, Mr Pandya will lead Avio Stack’s international business development efforts, with a focus on strengthening market presence, expanding distribution networks, building strategic partnerships, and accelerating commercialization across key global regions. A major area of focus will be the international growth of Huwel Lifesciences’ molecular diagnostics portfolio, which forms a core component of Avio Stack’s healthcare business. The portfolio includes advanced diagnostic solutions designed to address critical healthcare challenges such as tuberculosis, drug-resistant tuberculosis, sepsis, human papillomavirus (HPV), hepatitis, antimicrobial resistance, respiratory diseases, and other infectious conditions.
