In a landmark gesture for sustainability, ZOLLER partners with Evertreen to plant 50 trees in honour of ANCA’s golden jubilee, showcasing two legacy manufacturers’ commitment to precision engineering and environmental stewardship. Founded in 1974 in Melbourne, Australia, ANCA CNC Machines has spent 50 years pioneering CNC tool and cutter grinding technology. Founded in September 1945 by Alfred Zoller in Ludwigsburg, Germany, E ZOLLER GmbH & Co KG has become a global leader in tool presetting, measurement, inspection, balancing, and digital tool management.
With over 4,000 machines installed across 46 countries and 98% of its revenue derived from exports, ANCA CNC Machines has continuously led the industry in automating and refining precision tool production. Landmark innovations—such as soft-axis kinematics, 3D simulation, and the autonomous AIMS system—have cemented ANCA’s reputation for delivering the highest-quality tools at the lowest cost per part.
ZOLLER Plants 50 Trees to Celebrate ANCA’s 50th Anniversary
To mark this milestone, ANCA’s long-time partner ZOLLER, which is celebrating its own 80 years in business, commissioned Evertreen—a leading online reforestation platform—to plant 50 trees on ANCA’s behalf. Evertreen simplifies corporate reforestation by connecting companies with vetted local projects, offering satellite tracking, photo and video updates, and transparent impact metrics for every tree planted. Beyond offsetting carbon emissions, Evertreen’s initiatives create local employment through field-team mapping, planting, and site verification, ensuring each sapling contributes to biodiversity and community livelihoods.
In acknowledging ZOLLER’s tree-planting gesture, ANCA CNC Machines remarked, “Partnerships like this prove that sustainability is a shared responsibility and a daily commitment. The ZOLLER team’s dedication to global reforestation is inspiring, and we’re proud to be part of this journey towards a greener planet.” This statement highlights how two manufacturing stalwarts—one at the midpoint of its second half-century and the other at eight decades—are aligning precision engineering with environmental stewardship.
As ANCA looks toward the next 50 years and ZOLLER builds on an 80-year legacy, companies invest heavily in automation, data analytics, and sustainable practices. Their joint reforestation effort not only offsets the carbon footprint of advanced manufacturing but also sets an example for industry peers. Through continued collaboration, ANCA and ZOLLER are sowing the seeds—literally and figuratively—for a manufacturing future that values both performance and planet.
