Providing Battle-Worthy systems
India is still significantly dependent on foreign countries like the US, France, Israel and Russia for technologies related to defence. This not only has a significant financial burden but the Armed Forces will be dependent on these nations for support and maintenance of weapons and their delivery platforms. To reduce such dependence, Shivayu Aerospace is working towards developing and manufacturing systems worthy of use during any contingencies.
The company has the technical know-how to develop parts for the legacy equipment of the Armed Forces, through reverse engineering. By using Shivayu’s reverse engineering capability, the Indian Armed Forces can significantly enhance their fleet serviceability and reduce inordinate delay in the repair and maintenance of their weaponry. This also helps in finding cheaper, indigenous alternatives to the usually pricey imported components.
