TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited has announced a planned leadership transition following the decision of its Managing Director, Ravi Viswanathan, to retire during the Financial Year 2026–27. As part of this transition, the Board of Directors has appointed Vikas Chadha as Global Chief Executive Officer, with effect from January 22, 2026.
The appointment follows a formal succession planning process overseen by the Board and its Nomination and Remuneration Committee. During the transition period, Mr Viswanathan will continue in his role as Managing Director and will work closely with Mr Chadha to ensure continuity in leadership and execution of the company’s business plans. The Board expects the transition to be completed within FY 2026–27.
Commenting on the announcement, R Dinesh, Chairman, said that leadership continuity remains a key priority as the company focuses on long-term value creation. He noted that Mr Chadha brings extensive international experience and expressed confidence in working closely with him during the next phase.
Mr Viswanathan said he remains fully committed to supporting a smooth transition and will work with Mr Chadha to ensure stability and alignment during the handover period. On his appointment, Mr Chadha said he looks forward to joining TVS Supply Chain Solutions at a time when the company has established a strong global presence and long-standing customer relationships. He added that he will work closely with the leadership team to build on existing strengths.
Mr Chadha brings over 30 years of experience across multinational organizations, with a focus on strategy implementation and managing large, geographically diverse operations. He holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
