EIG has completed the acquisition of a 49.87% equity interest in Transportadora de Gas del Perú SA (TgP) through its managed investment vehicles. The stake was purchased from the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, marking a significant investment in Peru’s energy infrastructure.
TgP owns and operates the country’s primary natural gas and natural gas liquids pipeline systems under a long-term concession arrangement.
