Aerolloy Technologies Limited (ATL), the wholly owned subsidiary of PTC Industries Limited, has entered into a long-term supply agreement with Honeywell Aerospace Technologies to manufacture and deliver high-precision Titanium and Superalloy investment castings for a wide spectrum of aerospace applications, including critical engine parts. As part of the agreement, Aerolloy will supply components produced through a fully integrated manufacturing process, beginning with Titanium and Superalloy material production and extending through alloy melting, processing, and precision investment casting.
All stages will take place at the Strategic Manufacturing Technology Centre in Uttar Pradesh, giving Honeywell a single-source supply model built on end-to-end capability. This integrated approach enables enhanced traceability, stringent quality assurance, improved supply chain resilience, and long-term dependability for ongoing aerospace programs while mitigating sourcing risks.
Commenting on the partnership, Sachin Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director of PTC Industries, said, “This agreement represents a major milestone for both Aerolloy and PTC. It reflects the trust placed in our advanced manufacturing capabilities and supports our mission to build a globally competitive ecosystem for Titanium and Superalloy aerospace components. Our collaboration with Honeywell strengthens India’s growing role in the international aerospace supply chain.”
The multi-year agreement reinforces India’s emergence as a supplier of high-value, complex aerospace components and further elevates Aerolloy’s positioning as a strategic partner for next-generation aerospace platforms, while providing long-term business visibility for the company. PTC Industries Limited has over six decades of experience in manufacturing precision metal components for critical applications.
Through Aerolloy Technologies Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary, the company supplies titanium and superalloy castings for aerospace customers globally and domestically. PTC is also in the midst of a major investment in its Strategic Materials Technology Complex (SMTC), an advanced hub that will produce aerospace-grade titanium and superalloy materials, supported by modern foundries and machining lines for near-net-shape components.
