CNH strengthens aftermarket network with a new dedicated parts centre in Pune

Manufacturing-News

CNH, a global name in agricultural and construction equipment, has opened a new dedicated parts distribution centre near its Pune manufacturing plant. The facility is designed to reinforce the company’s aftermarket network and provide quicker, more reliable service to customers across the Southern and Western regions of India.

The modern distribution centre acts as a specialised hub for components used in the company’s crop-focused machinery, including Case IH sugarcane harvesters and New Holland combine harvesters and balers. The centre will speed up deliveries and improve parts availability for the company’s wide dealer and customer network, helping ensure uninterrupted service support. With RFID-based systems for greater accuracy, tracking and efficiency, the Pune unit becomes CNH’s fourth parts distribution centre in the country, complementing existing sites in Noida, Indore and Sikanderabad (U.P.).

Narinder Mittal, President and Managing Director, CNH India, said the new facility reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to better supporting customers. He noted that the Southern and Western regions are major sugarcane-producing belts, where timely parts supply is essential for smooth operations. Locating the new centre close to both customers and the production plant enhances the company’s responsiveness and strengthens its aftermarket ecosystem. He added that the facility reinforces CNH’s dedication to providing dependable, technology-driven parts and service solutions.

Aligned with CNH’s global sustainability goals, the centre incorporates eco-friendly packaging practices and energy-efficient infrastructure to help reduce its environmental impact. To ensure consistent and on-time deliveries to dealers and customers, CNH has partnered with DHL Supply Chain for logistics support.

For more than 25 years, CNH India has produced high-quality equipment through its ‘Made in India’ operations. The company operates in the country through its Case IH, New Holland and CASE Construction Equipment brands, supported by CNH Capital and its Global Technology Center.
