CEAT Specialty has partnered with Mahindra & Mahindra for the launch of their next-generation OJA tractor series in Australia this September. Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), the world’s largest tractor maker by volume, introduced the OJA range in Brisbane, with CEAT serving as the exclusive tyre supplier for this new line.

Prior to the launch, CEAT supplied Mahindra Australia with the required tyres in August 2025. Utilizing its in-house rim assembly at the Ambernath facility, CEAT provided fully assembled, ready-to-install tyres to support the OJA tractors. These tyres cater to a variety of uses including farming, industrial work, and turf management, fitting tractors equipped with loaders, backhoes, and mowers designed especially for hobby farmers.

CEAT Specialty has firmly established its presence in the Australian market by engineering tyres specifically designed to tackle the country’s diverse and demanding terrains. Through its close collaboration with Mahindra’s team, CEAT has developed a robust range of products that cater to the distinct needs of Australian customers across various industries and applications.

Among its standout offerings, the FARMAX range delivers superior traction and durability for agricultural use, ensuring reliable performance in tough farming conditions. The TYROCK Super X3 is purpose-built to withstand the rigorous demands of industrial loaders and backhoes, while the TURF XL focuses on minimizing soil compaction and preserving smooth, healthy turf—ideal for hobby farmers and turf maintenance.

Mahindra’s OJA tractors boast rugged build quality to withstand harsh Australian conditions, ensuring durability, reliability, and operator comfort. CEAT Specialty tyres complement these machines by enhancing traction, longevity, and performance, benefiting both commercial farmers and hobby users alike.

Amit Tolani, CEO of CEAT Specialty, stated, “We are excited to support Mahindra with the OJA launch in Australia. Our tyres are engineered for outstanding performance across various applications. This collaboration is a further step in our ongoing partnership with Mahindra, showcasing our commitment to providing reliable and efficient products to farmers globally.”

Ravindra S Shahane, Head of Global Product Planning & International Operations at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., added, “Introducing the Mahindra OJA tractor range in Australia is a proud moment for us. Our longstanding relationship with CEAT in the United States has been very successful, and extending this partnership to Australia strengthens our shared commitment to delivering innovative and dependable solutions.”

The OJA tractor series introduces several advanced features for Australian users, including an ergonomic design, powerful engines, button-operated PTO, and loaders with best-in-class lift capacity. Additional highlights include a digital driver display, enhanced hydraulics, power steering, and optional cabin configurations, ensuring superior comfort and control. This launch further reinforces CEAT Specialty’s reputation as a trusted global partner, providing tyres for some of the world’s most respected tractor brands.
