Pavna Industries Buys 1.89 Acres Near Jewar Airport for Manufacturing Growth

Pavna Industries Limited has acquired 1.89 acres of land near Jewar Airport in Uttar Pradesh as part of its ongoing expansion strategy. The automotive components maker, listed on NSE and BSE, disclosed the development in a filing to stock exchanges on August 26, 2025. The company said the purchase supports its plan to build additional manufacturing and innovation capacity in one of India’s fastest-emerging industrial corridors.

Managing Director Swapnil Jain stated that each land acquisition near Jewar Airport is a deliberate step toward scaling production and creating long-term value. He added that the investment will strengthen the company’s foundation for a larger manufacturing ecosystem as the region develops into an industrial hub.

Pavna Industries also exports to markets such as Italy, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Sudan, the United States, and Bangladesh. The company maintains in-house R&D facilities and collaborates with Sunworld Moto Industrial Co through an Indo-Taiwan joint venture.
