CIRCOR International Strengthens Industrial Portfolio and Expands Indian Market Reach with Acquisition of Swelore Engineering and Hiro Nisha Systems

CIRCOR International, Inc, a portfolio company of KKR and a global supplier of flow control solutions for industrial and aerospace sectors, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Swelore Engineering Pvt Ltd and Hiro Nisha Systems Pvt Ltd — two established Indian manufacturers known for their high-performance pump technologies. Together, the companies bring over five decades of experience serving key industries including Chemicals, Water & Wastewater, and Oil & Gas.

The acquisition brings a range of diaphragm metering pumps, dosing systems, and high-pressure reciprocating pumps into CIRCOR’s Industrial segment. It also enhances the company’s presence in India’s growing industrial market, while providing a platform for broader international expansion through CIRCOR’s global operations.

The transaction is anticipated to close in the third or fourth quarter of 2025, pending standard regulatory approvals and closing conditions. “This acquisition is a major step in expanding our capabilities and presence in India, one of the fastest-growing industrial markets globally,” said Tony Najjar, President and CEO of CIRCOR International. “Swelore and Hiro Nisha bring deep expertise, strong customer relationships, and a commitment to quality that align perfectly with our values. Once the transaction is finalized, Swelore and Hiro Nisha will operate as part of Allweiler India, CIRCOR’s current pump business in the region. “This integration enhances our long-term strategy in India and extends our portfolio beyond our existing screw and centrifugal pump offerings,” noted Hiren Mistry, Senior Director and General Manager, India Pumps. “Together, we are positioned to deliver broader, more effective solutions for our clients.”

As part of the deal, all employees from Swelore and Hiro Nisha will be invited to participate in CIRCOR’s equity ownership program, which provides team members a stake in the company’s success.The current leadership teams of both Swelore and Hiro Nisha will remain in place, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing business continuity. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP served as the exclusive financial advisor to Swelore and Hiro Nisha for this transaction.
