Infosys Deepens Collaboration with Nvidia for AI-Driven Telco Solutions

Infosys Ltd. announced on Thursday, August 29, that it is expanding its partnership with Nvidia to enhance AI-driven, customer-focused solutions aimed at boosting innovation and operational efficiency for telecommunications companies. The collaboration will leverage Topaz, a suite of AI-first services and platforms, to help telcos improve customer experiences, optimize network operations, and speed up service delivery.

Infosys has developed three generative AI solutions powered by Infosys Topaz, utilizing Nvidia’s NIM inference microservices, NeMo Retriever embedding models, and NeMo Guardrails to create and deploy AI models tailored to the telco industry. Additionally, Infosys Topaz incorporates NVIDIA Riva, enabling real-time conversational AI, including transcription and translation services for call center agents.

Anand Swaminathan, Executive Vice President & Global Industry Leader – Communications, Media and Technology at Infosys, highlighted the potential of this collaboration, stating, “By integrating NVIDIA’s advanced AI technologies with Infosys Topaz, we are set to unlock next-generation enterprise AI capabilities, helping global organizations enhance business efficiency. This partnership will revolutionize network service design, NOC operations, and contact center functions, ensuring the responsible deployment of AI.”
