BikeWo Green Tech Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Green Drive Auto Services Private Limited, which operates as Green Drive Mobility, to expand electric logistics operations across India. The proposed collaboration will focus on last-mile, mid-mile and long-haul freight transportation, with a target of building a fleet of at least 5,000 electric trucks over the coming years.

Green Drive Mobility currently operates more than 350 electric trucks and approximately 8,000 electric two-wheelers. Its truck logistics customers include More Retail, DHL and Gati. The company also provides electric two-wheeler delivery services to quick-commerce businesses and has experience in ONDC-enabled last-mile logistics.

Under the proposed partnership, Green Drive Mobility will contribute its fleet operations, enterprise customer relationships and logistics infrastructure, while BikeWo will focus on fleet ownership, financing, institutional partnerships and the development of electric logistics operations. BikeWo has expressed its intention to invest up to ₹150 crore in Green Drive Mobility over the coming years. The proposed investment will be subject to mutually agreed commercial terms, business requirements, necessary approvals and definitive agreements. The funds are intended to support fleet expansion, technology integration, operating infrastructure and new institutional logistics opportunities.

The companies plan to expand electric truck deployment across industrial freight, retail distribution, regional transportation and long-distance logistics. They also intend to use their combined capabilities to develop enterprise partnerships, extend their geographic reach and improve fleet management through technology.

Hiten Pal Saklani, Chief Executive Officer of BikeWo Green Tech Limited, said the partnership would combine Green Drive Mobility’s operating experience and enterprise relationships with BikeWo’s investment and fleet development capabilities. He said the companies aimed to build a green logistics platform covering first-mile, mid-mile, last-mile and long-haul transportation, supported by institutional partnerships and commercially sustainable business models.

Ala Harikrishna, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Green Drive Mobility, said the association would support the company’s expansion in electric truck logistics and delivery services. He added that the partnership would help increase fleet deployment and strengthen its ability to serve institutional customers.

The MoU forms part of BikeWo’s broader strategy to develop an integrated electric mobility and logistics business spanning fleet ownership, leasing, operations and strategic partnerships. Both companies intend to work towards expanding electric freight transportation in India. Details of the proposed investment structure, deployment schedule and implementation milestones will be announced as they are finalised.
