Bondada Engineering Limited has received in-principle approval from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) to migrate its equity shares from the SME Platform of BSE Limited to the Capital Market Segment (Main Board) of NSE. The approval marks another step towards the company’s proposed listing on the main boards of both stock exchanges.
The latest approval was communicated through a letter dated October 14, 2026. The company had earlier received in-principle approval from BSE Limited on September 9, 2026, for the migration of its equity shares from the BSE SME Platform to the BSE Main Board.
With approvals from both exchanges in place, Bondada Engineering will proceed with the remaining formalities required to complete the migration, subject to applicable regulatory and stock exchange requirements. The proposed migration is expected to strengthen the company’s presence in the capital markets and improve its visibility among investors and other stakeholders. It also forms part of the company’s broader efforts to support its business expansion and long-term growth plans.
Commenting on the development, Dr Bondada Raghavendra Rao, Chairman and Managing Director of Bondada Engineering Limited, said, “Receiving in-principle approval from NSE for migration to the Main Board is an important milestone in Bondada Engineering’s growth journey. Following the earlier approval from BSE, this marks a significant step towards establishing our presence on the Main Boards of both exchanges. We believe this development will enhance our visibility in the capital markets and strengthen our engagement with stakeholders as we continue to expand our capabilities across renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and other critical infrastructure segments. We remain committed to sustainable growth, operational excellence and creating long-term value for our stakeholders.”
Bondada Engineering operates across several infrastructure segments, including renewable energy, telecommunications, railways and battery energy storage systems. The company is pursuing opportunities in these sectors as demand grows for infrastructure development and energy-related solutions.
Its renewable energy activities form part of a wider business focus that includes the development of supporting infrastructure for India’s energy transition. The company is also looking at opportunities in battery energy storage systems, which are increasingly relevant to the integration of renewable power into electricity networks.
In telecommunications and railways, Bondada Engineering continues to pursue projects linked to infrastructure development and related services. These business areas provide the company with opportunities to participate in projects supporting connectivity, transportation and industrial growth.
The proposed migration to the main boards of NSE and BSE represents a development in the company’s capital market journey. Completion of the process will depend on fulfilling the applicable requirements and procedures laid down by the stock exchanges and relevant authorities. Bondada Engineering said it would continue to focus on expanding its business capabilities, maintaining operational standards and pursuing growth opportunities across its infrastructure portfolio.
