Credgenics has launched Prix AI, an enterprise voice artificial intelligence platform designed to help businesses automate collections, sales, customer support and reservations across more than 12 Indian languages. The platform is built using insights from more than one billion collections conversations covering over 100 million loan accounts. Credgenics said Prix AI is designed to measure business outcomes such as recoveries and conversions rather than call volumes or minutes.
Prix AI enables enterprises to deploy voice agents that respond to the context of each interaction and trigger the next action. For example, when a borrower commits to a payment, the system can suppress a subsequent reminder. Where a dispute is identified, the interaction can be escalated to a human collector with relevant context.
The platform can identify borrower sentiment and intent in real time and adjust conversations accordingly. Routine cases can be handled automatically, while complex cases can be routed to human agents. Each interaction is recorded and analysed for negotiation signals, rationale and recovery probability to support subsequent actions.
Credgenics said head-to-head tests involving borrowers with similar risk profiles showed Prix AI matching or exceeding the recovery rates of human collection agents. On a Bucket X portfolio, the platform surpassed the paid rate of human agents within two months of deployment.
Prix AI has been designed for enterprise deployment with a stated uptime of 99.9% and response latency of less than 800 milliseconds. Its voice agents can converse in more than 12 Indian languages and switch languages during a conversation. The platform is also designed to support use cases beyond collections across BFSI and other sectors.
“Every BFSI leader we meet is being pitched voice AI on cost per minute. That was never the real question. The real question is what changes after the call ends,” said Anand Agrawal, Co-founder and CPTO, Credgenics. The platform includes automated quality assurance scorecards, transcript indexing and policy controls. Credgenics said Prix AI adheres to RBI Digital Recovery Guidelines, DPDP and DND norms and is ISO 27001 certified. Rishabh Goel, Co-founder and CEO, Credgenics, said enterprises need resolved accounts rather than additional calls, adding that Prix AI brings the company’s collections intelligence and compliance processes to voice-based interactions.
Credgenics provides technology for loan collections and debt resolution for banks, NBFCs, fintech companies and asset reconstruction companies. Its platform uses predictive and generative AI to assess risk, segment borrowers and execute recovery strategies. In FY24, the platform managed more than 98 million loan accounts worth over US$250 billion and facilitated more than 1.7 billion omnichannel communications for over 150 financial institutions worldwide.
