Sidel will showcase packaging equipment, digital solutions and line optimisation technologies at PACK EXPO International 2026, with a focus on improving production performance, flexibility and resource efficiency. At Booth S-2431, visitors will see RoboAccess_Pal S, along with solutions for beverage, food, home and personal care production. The company will also demonstrate EvoBLOW Laser, Aseptic Predis X4, SWING Evo and Evo-ON as part of its packaging technology portfolio.

RoboAccess_Pal S is a compact palletising system designed for low- and medium-speed production lines. The solution combines robotic palletising with a compact layout and is intended for manufacturers looking to automate manual palletising where floor space is limited.

The system occupies less than 12 square metres for two pallet stations and can operate at speeds of up to 11 cycles per minute with payloads of up to 25 kg. Sidel said the system is designed to provide higher payload and speed while requiring less space than conventional robotic palletisers.

Sidel will also present its latest equipment for PET bottle production, filling, pasteurisation and line management. EvoBLOW Laser is designed to improve performance and resource efficiency in PET bottle production, while Aseptic Predis X4 is aimed at sensitive beverage applications, combining aseptic processing with production efficiency.

SWING Evo, the company’s latest generation of tunnel pasteurisation technology, is designed to improve process control while reducing resource consumption. Digitalisation will form another part of the company’s exhibition. Sidel will demonstrate Evo-ON, its cloud-based platform for monitoring and optimising packaging-line performance. The system collects and analyses equipment data and provides users with alerts, notifications, dashboards and reports to support production decisions.

The company will also conduct onsite sessions on Balanced Line Design for manufacturers looking to identify production bottlenecks and improve the performance of existing or new lines. The sessions will cover V-Graph design and interpretation, accumulation, machine availability, mean time to repair, mean time between failures and overspeed strategies.

Sidel’s engineering experts will use simulation examples during the sessions to show how line-design decisions can affect production performance and resource use. The company said its PACK EXPO International 2026 programme is focused on addressing operational challenges across packaging lines, including improving output, increasing flexibility, reducing resource consumption and managing production complexity.

By combining equipment demonstrations with digital tools and engineering support, Sidel will present solutions covering multiple stages of packaging production, from bottle blowing and filling to labelling, packing, palletising and end-of-line operations. The exhibition will also provide manufacturers with an opportunity to assess approaches to line automation and optimisation based on their production requirements, available space and operational priorities.
