Schaeffler India Limited will showcase its portfolio of motion technology solutions for the construction and off-highway industry at bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026, being held from September 15 to 18 at India Exposition Mart, Greater Noida. The company will exhibit its solutions at Hall 11, Booth Q51.

Under the theme ‘Moving Next Generation of Construction Machines’, Schaeffler will present technologies aimed at improving equipment efficiency, reducing emissions and increasing reliability and lifecycle performance. The company’s display will include low-friction bearings, sensors and mechatronics, electric motors, electromechanical linear actuators, Industrial Lifetime Solutions, and powertrain and chassis components.

A key focus will be Schaeffler’s low-friction bearing solutions, including its X-life portfolio. These products are designed to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency in applications such as drivetrains, hydraulic pumps and transmissions. Schaeffler will also demonstrate sensor technologies, including torque measurement modules and sensorized components. These systems enable monitoring of operating loads and can support predictive maintenance approaches by providing information on equipment operating conditions.

Electrification will be another major area of the showcase. The company will display electric motors developed for different applications and electromechanical linear actuators that can provide an alternative to hydraulic functions in selected applications. The actuators are designed to offer precise control, longer maintenance intervals and lower lifecycle costs.

The exhibition will also feature Schaeffler’s Industrial Lifetime Solutions, including condition monitoring, smart lubrication and maintenance technologies. These solutions are designed to provide information on equipment condition and help identify potential issues at an early stage, reducing unplanned downtime.

Harsha Kadam, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Schaeffler India Limited, said India is becoming an important market for construction and off-highway technologies, supported by investments in infrastructure, industrialisation and manufacturing. “At bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026, we are bringing together Schaeffler’s motion technology expertise with our strong local engineering, manufacturing and customer capabilities to address the evolving requirements of the Indian market,” Mr Kadam said.

“Our focus is not only on supplying components, but on enabling our customers with integrated solutions that improve efficiency, reliability and lifecycle performance. With five manufacturing facilities, strong engineering and R&D capabilities, and localisation levels of approximately 80 percent, Schaeffler India is well positioned to contribute to the next phase of transformation in construction equipment,” he added. Maximilian Fiedler, Regional Chief Executive Officer Asia/Pacific, Schaeffler Group, said India combines a growing domestic market with manufacturing, engineering and innovation capabilities.
