The company’s two business platforms — Digital Intelligence and Semiconductor Packaging — continued to support growth during the quarter.

izmo added 170 new clients during Q1 FY27, including 117 customers in the United States and 53 across Europe and the United Kingdom. Its Gross Revenue Retention Rate stood at 98.5% on a trailing twelve-month basis, indicating continued stability in its recurring business.

FrogData maintained a steady performance during the quarter and expanded its Fixed Operations portfolio across the US automotive dealer market. Its solutions, including FixedOps Mojo and FixedOps Velocity, were made available through the FordDirect ecosystem.

izmo’s digital platforms now serve automotive customers across 28 countries, with more than 3,000 dealers using its technology solutions. The company’s semiconductor business, izmo Microsystems, maintained the higher quarterly revenue level achieved in the previous quarter. Revenue stood at ₹9.24 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹9.23 crore in Q4 FY26. This is around 2.5 times the ₹3.7–3.8 crore quarterly revenue recorded in Q2 and Q3 FY26.

izmo Microsystems is expanding its presence in India’s defence and strategic electronics sectors through capabilities in System-in-Package, RF and microwave packaging, 3D die stacking and fine-pitch wire bonding. Its Bengaluru facility includes Class 1000 cleanroom infrastructure.

The company continues to work with the Centre for Programmable Photonic Integrated Circuits and Systems at IIT Madras as a Photonic IC Packaging Partner under a MeitY-supported programme. The collaboration supports its work in silicon photonics, an area gaining importance as data centres and telecom networks require higher-bandwidth optical connections.

izmo Microsystems is also executing semiconductor packaging programmes for defence electronics, including RF module packaging and radar receiver module assembly. It has developed a high-complexity silicon photonics module for space applications.

Sanjay Soni, Managing Director, izmo Limited, said, “Q1 FY27 reflects continued progress across the business, with revenue up 15.7% and Operating EBITDA margins expanding to 25.1%. Our digital intelligence businesses continue to provide a stable, high-retention operating base, while izmo Microsystems has sustained a materially higher quarterly revenue level for two consecutive quarters.”
