Enerpac, a global leader in high-pressure hydraulic tools, controlled force products and heavy lifting solutions, has expanded its product portfolio in India with the launch of the new CR-Series Cribbing Ring Sets and the TJP-Series 30-Ton Hydraulic Toe Jack. The new products are designed to improve safety, precision and efficiency in industrial lifting, load handling and machine moving applications across manufacturing, infrastructure, energy and heavy engineering sectors.
The launch reflects Enerpac’s continued commitment to providing reliable lifting solutions that help industries handle heavy loads with greater control while reducing operational risks. The CR-Series Cribbing Ring Sets are engineered to replace traditional lifting support methods such as wooden blocks and steel plates with a purpose-built interlocking system that delivers stable and predictable load support. The system is suitable for critical applications including transformer installation, bridge bearing replacement, heavy equipment maintenance and industrial load-holding operations where safety and precision are essential.
Available in both standard and tall configurations, the CR-Series features an innovative detachable fork that allows operators to position and rotate U-rings and spacers without placing their hands near suspended loads. This hands-free operation enhances workplace safety while improving lifting accuracy.
The CR-Series is offered in three models—CR30, CR50 and CR100—with lifting capacities ranging from 30 tonnes to 150 tonnes. The system helps increase lifting height, maintain proper alignment and provide dependable support throughout the lifting process. Enerpac has also introduced the TJP-Series 30-Ton Hydraulic Toe Jack to simplify the movement of heavy machinery in confined industrial spaces. Designed for applications involving CNC machines, VMC equipment and other heavy industrial assets, the hydraulic toe jack is built to operate efficiently where ground clearance is limited.
The TJP308 model features a lightweight aluminium construction and weighs only 80 kilograms, making it significantly easier to transport than conventional steel jacks while maintaining a lifting capacity of 30 tonnes. It offers a 200 mm lifting stroke, an adjustable three-position tilting toe, foldable side legs and durable rubber wheels for easy movement across factory floors. Powered by a remote hydraulic pump, the toe jack enables operators to work from a safe distance, reducing physical effort while improving workplace ergonomics and operational efficiency.
Speaking on the launch, Anindya Pal, Director, Enerpac India, said the new products have been developed to meet the evolving needs of Indian industries that increasingly require safe and precise lifting solutions. “As manufacturing, infrastructure and energy projects continue to grow in scale, industries need equipment that delivers consistent performance under demanding conditions. The CR-Series and TJP-Series are designed to provide controlled lifting, improved safety and greater operational confidence, even in challenging environments,” he said. Both product ranges are available through Enerpac’s nationwide distributor network and are supported by local service capabilities. Customers will also have access to technical guidance and operator training through the Enerpac Academy in Bengaluru.
