Compunnel has announced the launch of a dedicated artificial intelligence (AI) startup incubator at its Noida and New Jersey facilities, marking a significant step in the company’s strategy to foster next-generation enterprise technology innovation. Operating under Compunnel Ventures AI (CVai), the initiative is inviting applications from AI-native startups developing enterprise-focused solutions across multiple industry sectors.
The incubator has been established to identify, mentor and scale promising AI ventures by providing funding, infrastructure, technical resources and direct access to enterprise customers. The launch builds on Compunnel’s earlier investments in AI-driven companies, including Eximius, TestGrid and Dori, reflecting its continued focus on supporting technologies that address real-world business challenges.
Selected startups will receive a comprehensive support package designed to accelerate product development and commercial adoption. In addition to strategic investment, participants will gain access to dedicated workspace at Compunnel’s facilities in India and the United States, along with mentoring from the company’s leadership team.
They will also benefit from enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, AI development resources, go-to-market planning and integration with Compunnel’s global delivery network spanning North America, Europe and Asia. A key advantage of the programme is the opportunity for startups to engage directly with Compunnel’s enterprise customer base, including Fortune 500 organisations, enabling faster product validation and broader market access.
Compunnel Ventures AI is seeking startups operating at the proof-of-concept stage or beyond, with a particular focus on intelligent automation, agentic AI, enterprise cybersecurity, workforce technology, developer productivity tools and industry-specific AI solutions for sectors such as banking, healthcare, manufacturing and insurance. Applicants are required to submit an elevator pitch and detailed presentation outlining their technology, business model and market opportunity.
The company said it is looking for founding teams with deep domain expertise and a demonstrated understanding of the industries they aim to serve. Evaluation criteria will include technological innovation, enterprise relevance, technical capability, team strength and alignment with Compunnel’s long-term strategic priorities.
Andy Gaur, Chief Executive Officer of Compunnel, said the company’s investment philosophy centres on supporting AI businesses that solve meaningful enterprise problems. He noted that the incubator extends beyond financial backing by offering startups access to customers, market expertise and the infrastructure required to scale globally.
Rakesh Shah, President of Compunnel, said the Noida facility has been designed as an innovation hub where entrepreneurs can collaborate with engineering teams and refine their products based on real-world enterprise requirements. Vivek Kumar, Founder of CVai, added that the initiative reflects Compunnel’s long-standing belief that successful technology companies are built by visionary entrepreneurs supported by strong ecosystems.
Founded in 1994, Compunnel provides AI-driven workforce solutions, digital engineering, cybersecurity and business transformation services to enterprises worldwide.
