VA TECH WABAG, a leading multinational water technology group, has secured a repeat order from Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) for the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection and commissioning of an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) at the Dhirubhai Ambani Green Energy Giga Complex (DAGEGC) in Jamnagar. The new order further strengthens WABAG’s long-standing association with RIL and reflects the company’s continued focus on providing advanced industrial water and wastewater treatment solutions.
The ETP project is expected to be completed within 13 months. The proposed facility will include chemical and biological treatment processes using advanced technologies to manage industrial effluents effectively. The project will also include a sludge treatment system with low-temperature drying technology. This system is designed to support efficient sludge management and improve the overall treatment process. The new facility is expected to play an important role in meeting the water and wastewater management requirements of the Dhirubhai Ambani Green Energy Giga Complex at Jamnagar.
