VinFast Auto India has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Castrol India Limited, a leading lubricant brand, to provide accessible and reliable after-sales services to its electric vehicle (EV) customers across India. This partnership strengthens VinFast’s long-term dedication to creating a trusted and efficient service network for its EV owners in the country.
Under this collaboration, Castrol India will offer its network of over 750 Castrol Auto Service (CAS) workshops, spread across 300+ cities, to VinFast customers. This alliance will allow VinFast customers to benefit from Castrol’s extensive expertise, advanced service procedures, and a seamlessly integrated digital workshop experience. By leveraging Castrol’s established service network, VinFast ensures its customers will enjoy consistent, high-quality service and transparency at every touchpoint, providing added convenience and trust in their EV ownership experience.
