VinFast Auto India has announced the inauguration of its 50th showroom in the country with the launch of a flagship 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) facility in Bengaluru. The milestone marks a significant step in the company’s rapid expansion and reinforces its commitment to strengthening its presence in India’s growing electric vehicle market.
The new facility, developed in partnership with PPS Motors LLP, is strategically located on Hosur Road in Bengaluru’s Electronic City, a key automotive and technology hub. Designed in line with VinFast’s global retail standards, the integrated showroom and service centre spans more than 11,500 square feet, offering customers a seamless and premium experience.
At the heart of the facility is a modern 2,500 square foot showroom space, designed to provide an immersive brand environment. Customers can explore VinFast’s electric vehicle portfolio while benefiting from dedicated sales and after-sales support delivered by trained specialists. The integrated format ensures efficient servicing and easy access to spare parts, enhancing overall customer convenience.
The company’s expansion strategy targets the establishment of 75 dealerships across more than 60 cities in India by the end of the year. While metro cities remain a key focus, VinFast is also extending its reach into emerging markets, reflecting its aim to make premium electric mobility more accessible nationwide.
Company leadership stated that reaching 50 showrooms represents a major milestone in building a strong retail foundation in India. The Bengaluru flagship facility is expected to play a critical role in delivering integrated customer experiences while supporting the company’s long-term growth plans.
Beyond retail expansion, VinFast is developing a comprehensive electric mobility ecosystem in India. This includes investments in manufacturing, charging infrastructure, after-sales services, and a circular battery value chain. The company is also collaborating with financial institutions and partners to simplify ownership and improve accessibility.
VinFast’s electric SUV models have achieved top safety ratings under Bharat NCAP standards and are supported by extended warranties, roadside assistance, and complimentary maintenance programmes. Customer-focused initiatives, including assured resale value schemes and extended free charging on partner networks, are designed to reduce ownership barriers and enhance confidence in electric mobility.
