Vieworks, a leading provider of industrial imaging solutions, is set to present its latest innovations at Vision China Shanghai 2026, taking place from March 25 to 27. The company will exhibit at Booth 5309 in Hall W5, where it will showcase a comprehensive portfolio of machine vision technologies designed for high-performance industrial applications.
At the centre of the exhibition will be the debut of the VPS-245MX2, a high-resolution area scan camera featuring thermoelectric Peltier cooling technology. With an impressive 245-megapixel resolution, the camera is engineered for precision-intensive applications such as inspection of flat panel displays, semiconductor components, and printed circuit boards.
A key highlight of Vieworks’ showcase is its next-generation CoaXPress-over-Fiber interface technology. This solution leverages fibre-optic communication to deliver data transmission speeds of up to 100 Gbps, addressing the growing need for high-speed, long-distance data transfer in advanced imaging environments. The technology is designed to eliminate data bottlenecks while ensuring stable performance in complex industrial settings.
The company will also introduce the VTS Series, an extension of its time delay integration line scan camera range. Incorporating back-side illuminated sensor technology, these cameras offer enhanced sensitivity, improved quantum efficiency, and superior signal-to-noise performance. This enables high-quality imaging across visible, ultraviolet, and near-infrared spectrums, even in low-light conditions.
In addition to imaging systems, Vieworks will display its VEO Series of industrial lenses, developed in collaboration with Schneider Kreuznach. These lenses are optimised to complement the performance of Vieworks cameras, with live demonstrations showcasing integrated autofocus capabilities and high-magnification imaging.
The exhibition will further feature the company’s advancements in industrial X-ray detection, including flexible, bendable detectors designed for non-destructive testing of curved surfaces such as pipelines. These detectors offer greater adaptability compared to traditional rigid systems, expanding the scope of inspection applications.
Vieworks stated that the ability to capture and transmit large volumes of data efficiently is critical to modern machine vision systems. Through its latest innovations, the company aims to provide the infrastructure required to support increasingly demanding inspection processes.
